I can't say enough great things about Tyler at Bike Box. He does an incredible job on any and all bike services. Tyler isn't just knowledgeable — he's personable, honest, and genuinely cares about getting you exactly what you need (and never trying to sell you on something you don't).

His turnaround times are very reasonable, and on the rare occasion something might take a little longer, he's a fantastic communicator and keeps you fully in the loop. It's clear he takes a ton of pride in his work and in treating his customers well.

All around, Tyler is just an amazing guy. If you're looking for someone you can truly trust with your bike, you won't find better than him. I can't recommend him and Bike Box enough!
